Our entire kennel staff is trained in giving medication; fluids, pills, liquids. Please be sure to write down all pets’ medications and exact directions on how to be given. We do charge a medication fee of $8 per day for pills and liquids, and $18 per day for insulin administration.

It is normal for pets to not eat on the first day or two when they board. We keep an eye on them and keep you updated. If they have not eaten by the evening of the second day we give you a call and we try different things be it; different wet foods or different treats, depending on your pet’s diet. We will get your pet to eat, so there is nothing to worry about.

We do our best to keep your pet on their normal feeding schedule. We do breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Some clients will pack meals individually in bags or small containers.

We are well equipped with all those items, but you're more than welcome to bring in whatever you'd like. Clients will sometimes bring a shirt or sweater that they have slept in for a couple of nights before dropping them off. We do recommend you bring your own food, as this will make the stay better and will not upset your pet's tummy. We also recommend writing your name on carrier, bowls, and toys.

We do not need to have a "test run" for your pet. You and your pet are more than welcome to come check out the facility prior to making an appointment or reservation.
